  Foundation Surgery Affiliates is proud to operate numerous surgical facilities throughout the United States that cater to our patients needs and expectations of quality health care. Patients, in conjunction with their physicians, make more of their health care decisions based on cost, service and convenience of care. FSA's health care facility model is designed to act in the best interest of our patients by allowing physicians the freedom and control to treat every patient as an individual. With the Oklahoma City company headquarters serving as the cornerstone of our work, we also have regional offices in Phoenix, Houston, Pennsylvania, and San Antonio that help oversee the operations of Foundation Surgery Affiliates' existing surgical centers as well as the development of our new health facilities.

  Foundation Surgery Affiliates operates outpatient surgery centers, specialty hospitals and Healthplexes throughout the United States. A number of medical facilities are also being developed throughout the country. FSA is proud to be a part of the following communities:

  Our surgical facilities are continuously working to provide the most efficient services and the highest quality patient care in the ambulatory surgery center industry. Six of our existing facilities have already received accreditation from the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC), which serves to show they are committed to providing the highest level of quality health care possible. Huntingdon Valley Surgery Center, Huntsville Surgery Center, MedCenter Ambulatory Surgery, Paso del Norte Surgery Center, Physicians Ambulatory Surgery Center III, New Jersey Surgery Center, Doctors' Surgical Center and New Braunfels Surgical Center have all passed the rigorous standards set forth by the AAAHC to receive their accreditation. Many more of our existing facilities are in the planning stages of earning this prestigious certification.

Another approach our surgical facilities use to help them perform at their best is the EDGE Patient Satisfaction Survey. Our patients are given the opportunity to shape our policies and practices by completing surveys using either an electronic or printed method.

Foundation Surgery Affiliates is a leader in the health care management industry. With each project, FSA is typically involved from inception. We consider it our responsibility to our physician partners to provide:

	Physician partner recruitment Selecting the site for the ambulatory surgery center, medical office building, imaging center, surgical hospital, bariatric center or healthplex. Building design Financial arrangements Construction oversight for the facility Equipment and supplies purchasing Development of all policies, procedures and related forms Medical and management information systems Recruitment, interviewing and hiring of all staff Managed care contract negotiations and contracting Day-to-day management of the the ambulatory surgery center, medical office building, imaging center, surgical hospital, bariatric center or healthplex Monthly reporting to the facility's governing board
