Many corporate ASC Companies want to “buy” your ASC and require physicians to sell the majority interest of the center. At FSA we want to partner with physicians through investment in your facility. We believe that joining with physicians is the optimal method to ensure long term growth and profitability.

FSA does not require you to sell a majority interest of your ASC in order to become your partner. Our philosophy is that the physician partners are the lifeline of any ASC and that they should retain control of the facility—our job is to add value by managing the business with our physician partners while allowing our partners to focus on patient care.

The ASC Landscape Has Changed: In 1996 Foundation began with a model of developing every ASC from the ground up, as a start up or “de novo” project. Over time, and as a result of significant growth and competition within the industry, Foundation has evolved into an acquirer of interests in ASCs.
